A Winner and Another Giveaway!

Good morning! I was going to work on my "real job" last night and didn't. Just started playing around on Pinterest and looking at quilt patterns. Then I started working on making the map of Block 2 of the Civil War Bride's quilt for placement of applique pieces. sigh...I'll pay for that today trying to make up for not working. Yesterday I did sew together 4 blocks for the Scrappy Trips Around the World quilt that I was NOT going to start. So here they are put together:
I couldn't get a straight photo of it and then realized that I had it pinned up crooked. It's quick and easy and I already had the strips cut. Five more of these units will make a good-sized quilt. So enough about me. The winner of the Snowman Wall Hanging is:
                                               One Old Goat

I wish I had her name but couldn't find it on her blog. Her blog is so much fun. She lives on a farm with goats, chickens, a pony, a llama named Dolly (get it?), dogs and kids. Email me "Old Goat" (that just seems so wrong but so funny) and I'll send your pattern.

I can't give everyone a gift (although I wish I could) but don't forget our January Giveaway. You can still enter HERE. And we are going to do ANOTHER giveaway starting today for this awesome pattern from Lori Holt:
It is Lori's Cherry Cheesecake pattern for an adorable Dresden with Cherries in the middle of each block and flowers between the blocks. I'm a huge Lori Holt fan and love this pattern especially because of the cherries. We sell these in our Etsy shop if you want to be sure you get one.

To enter to win the Cherry Cheesecake pattern, just leave a comment. Please leave an email address where I can notify you if you win. I promise not to spam you with ANY email. I don't send those out. I'll take comment/entries until the 26th (next Saturday) and announce the winner on Sunday, the 27th.

Have a great Sunday! Hope you find some time to sew! Cheery wave! Bev

Hi Bev here in Australia I was asked to enter 3 quilts in a local quilt show, when I went to look at the display guess what I saw a small wall hanging and in the centre was a Dresden plate edged with ric rack ! What a small world.
