Happy Saturday! It FINALLY rained some! Woot! We're in the worst of the drouth zone. Not all of us are happy about the rain though.
Charlie is afraid of thunder. I did get to work on Peri's quilt today but had to do it with Charlie on the sewing table. He crawls up my leg into my lap when it thunders. I looked at "thunder shirts" but they are like $60! He's 14 so I don't think he's going to outgrow it. He was left tied up in a back yard as a puppy and the people actually moved away! Can you imagine? I have always wondered if he was out in a bad storm. Well, he won't have to worry. He won't be out in a storm ever again!
Have a good Saturday! Cheery wave from Bev

Poor little pup, I feel for you because our Bullet turns into a
90lb chicken too during thunder storms. I saw those Thunder sweater thingys too and nearly fell over at the price for her size.
That is horrible...poor little fella!! I'm so happy he has a great, loving home!!

We go through the same thing in storms and after looking at the thunder shirts, I think I'm going to try to make one, it's just a tight (like a hug) thingy with velcro.
My golden retriever also got nervous during storms when she got older. I liked the opportunity to sit and cuddle with her. Hugging the dog is always a great stress reducer. Your little fellow is adorable. I can't believe anyone would abandon that cute face.
