I use tons of spray starch (always) and to get the embroidery to lay flat, I iron it over a rolled up wash rag. Well, there was a starch build-up on the iron:
Just a few rubs with the white eraser thingie and just like new. You can see the line caused by the starch on the iron right in the middle of the embroidery. It's so frustrating to do all that work.... At any rate, I love this quirky, very British quilt! Well, I'm off to work. I'm writing about gift cards again today. Hope your Wednesday is a happy one!
