Just so I have a photo on the blog today, here is the Summer Celebrations quilt progress I've made so far.
As you can see, it's much lighter than the original one that the designer made. I like the colors. I've wanted to make a patriotic quilt for a while. I will hang it on 4th of July and on Veterans' Day. And speaking of Veterans' Day, thank you to all the men and women who have served in our armed forces to keep us safe. I hope that all their votes got counted and that they all come home safe and sound!
