Cozy Flannel Giveaway!

Hello! Time for another 44th Street Fabric Giveaway! Because it's starting to get cold here and is already cold most everywhere else, I thought it would be fun to have a flannel giveaway! A few days ago I asked my blog buddies whether it would be better to give away one big prize or 3 smaller ones. Everyone, without exception, said to give 3 prizes and spread the fun around a bit! Here is the flannel I'm giving away:

 Charlie and Lola have big, stuffed flannel dog pillows I made them from these flannel fabrics. They love snuggling down for a nap.

These flannels are from Michael Miller and, as you can see, they are fun and sophisticated...not just for baby (or doggies)!

Although baby would love something made from this soft, cute fabric, I'm sure.

Here's what I thought I'd do. Each of the THREE WINNERS can select either 2 yards of any of the fabrics shown OR 4 one-half yard pieces of any of the fabric shown.

I've made a ton of flannel receiving blankets with two yards of flannel. I just put them face to face and sew around them, leaving an opening to turn. Before I sew, I use a big glass to draw rounded corners because I like those better than square. After I turn, I use one of the decorative stitches on my machine and a contrasting thread and sew all the way around. New moms LOVE these and always want more. It's hard to find a big flannel receiving blanket that will cover a carrier.
