Best Fast Dip EVER for the New Year

I've been working on my pesky "real job" so haven't had time to stitch together the last 2 blocks of my Oklahoma Beauty quilt. But I did want to say Happy New Year to all of my Quilter Rescue Squad buddies. I thought I'd share this great dip recipe that I found on Pinterest last year. Sadly, there was no maker's name on the pin. I've made it many times and it is easy (only 4 ingredients) and fast and soooo good. So if you are entertaining or just planning to usher the New Year in by watching the celebrations on tv, you will really enjoy this recipe:

LOADED BAKED POTATO DIP

16 ounces sour cream
16 slices (12-ounce package) bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour (if you can manage to stay out of it) before serving to allow flavors to come together. Serve with chips or I like it actually on baked potatoes. Its also awesome on scrambled eggs! Enjoy!

Have a safe and happy New Year's Eve! Thanks again for your support and your amazing creative ideas that inspire me and make me happy! I'll see you next year! XOXO and Cheery Wave from Bev, Charlie and Lola!

very mouthwatering. Afraid I was fast asleep as midnight struck but was woken by fireworks going off everywhere, how they afford them is beyond me, they lasted about half an hour and these were just in a neighbour`s garden, more money than sense I feel!
