Sunday Afternoon

Sunday afternoon and I'm sewing instead of working. I will be working later today but wanted to show you progress on my Oklahoma Beauty quilt. This quilt was in my ufo box. The circle blocks I did need a setting that hasn't come to me yet so, instead of just looking at them, I decided to grab the next project on the stack.

I now have 12 blocks finished and I think there are 30 or so total. Today I did this block:
It's a fun bunch of blocks but I'm going to have the same issue with setting. Luckily I have a ways to go before I have to make that decision.

I hope you've entered to win the Quilty Fun book! Even if you have your own book already, you can give the book to a friend if you win. So what are you all up to this weekend? It's a little cooler here and some leaves are finally falling off the trees. I pray we have a mild winter this year. Well, off to work I go (maybe).... XO and cheery wave from Bev

I am working on a New York Beauty quilt in a class in CA where I live. Your blocks are absolutely magnificent. Makes me want to change the color palette I selected. "Wow!" is all I can say!
