Wednesday and a Union Jack block

It's Wednesday already! Wow, it is just me or is time flying by? I'm working this week and so haven't had much time to sew. I did get another Union Jack block done:
It's not all wrinkly...those are shadow of the trees because the photo was taken by the window. I should do something different but don't really care that much. You get the idea. The quilt only takes 15 blocks so this should be finished fairly soon (using quilt time measurements...not regular time measurements). I also cut out a Farmer's Wife block that apparently I was temporarily insane when I cut because I don't think anything is the right size. It just makes me wonder what the heck I was thinking. I was probably in shock hearing that gasoline is $6.50 a gallon in Florida.

Don't forget to enter our giveaway (in the previous post). Everyone have a good Wednesday. Hope you have time to quilt! Cheery wave! Bev
