Another block and an adorable FREE tutorial!

It's finally Friday! Whew! Last night I finished another of the Oklahoma Beauty blocks and only have 3 left to go:
I don't love the background fabric in this one but I really want to get these blocks finished so that I can piece them together and then worry about the border. Now for some fun! The very talented and generous Lea Anne from Podunk Pretties made this adorable summer picnic quilt:
She gives the location for the FREE tutorial on her blog HERE. If you've ever visited Lea Anne's blog, you know that she is an expert quilter who designs gorgeous quilts and is generous enough to give detailed directions for making them. I wish I was so talented! Her blog post today is about her favorite quilt that is just drop dead gorgeous!

Well, guess I'd better get back to work. And for everyone who has asked, Charlie is all chipper again and prancing around. I was really worried for a few days there. Hope you all have a happy Friday! XO and cheery wave from Bev
