LOADED BAKED POTATO DIP
16 ounces sour cream
16 slices (12-ounce package) bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour (if you can manage to stay out of it) before serving to allow flavors to come together. Serve with chips or I like it actually on baked potatoes. Its also awesome on scrambled eggs! Enjoy!

very mouthwatering. Afraid I was fast asleep as midnight struck but was woken by fireworks going off everywhere, how they afford them is beyond me, they lasted about half an hour and these were just in a neighbour`s garden, more money than sense I feel!
