It took longer to cut than it took to sew up. Maybe 10 minutes total. I hope I like this quilt when it is finished. I loved doing the blocks for the Summer Celebration quilt but then don't like it now that it's put together.
I have to work this weekend. Our new client likes my writing (woot) but has now decided that they want 250 more words on each assignment. Crikey! as my friends down under would say...
Speaking of Australia, you have to see this short video...these are rescued bat orphans! They are just adorable! I had a little schnauzer, Baily who looked just like them! She had those pointy ears...accckkk! So cute!
Hope you have a great Friday! Cheery wave from Bev

Hi bev you have tempted me once to often with the country threads bom. I am going to make it , now that I have finished 2 quilts tops. Also I am going to do it in red black & white like yours , I hope you don't mind but yours looks so smart. So a busy weekend ahead here in Australia cutting and if time sewing to catch up!
jennyg: Oh, I'm so glad! Can't wait to see yours. They don't have a Flickr group so be sure to let me know when to go look at your blocks! Cheery wave from Bev
