Do You Dress Your Dogs for Halloween?

Good Wednesday morning! I was wondering if anyone dresses up their dog for Halloween? I found an adorable pattern maker who does equally adorable Halloween patterns for dogs and am wondering if they would sell? Would you buy a pattern or is it easier to just buy a ready-made costume? Here are some of my favorite costumed dogs!

Don't forget to enter our HALLOWEEN GIVEAWAY (details in yesterday's post).
Let me know what you think about the dog costumes and have a happy Wednesday! Cheery wave from Bev

I think there could definitely be a market for dog costume patterns.

Personally, I tend to sell my sewing time/skills rather than pre-made finished products. So if someone asked me if I could make a dog costume, I'd go hunting a pattern (if it wasn't something I wanted to try creating all on my own).

Then I could use the pattern either exactly as it was created or put my own spin on it (based on what the end user wants or my skill level).

Cute fabric. I love to make Halloween quilts. My dogs will not allow me to dress them.

That third pic's dog looks a bit frazzled. I think someone better take off his finery before he bites...

I do humiliate, uh dress, my dogs for Halloween, it lasts long enough to get pictures and a lot of bribery is used. I don't think I would use a pattern, but I'm not a big pattern person. BUT, if I had a dog that would tolerate the costume and I was going to a parade or show, I would consider buying a pattern so it was well made and comfortable.
