Two more FW blocks in aqua and red. They are so fast and easy that just a few minutes and I'm done! I'm really trying to get a lot done at my "real job" and I find myself just sitting here looking at the computer screen but not getting anything done. I've had to completely go cold turkey on Pinterest. No more Pinterest breaks where I'm only going to take a "minute" that turns into 15 minutes. I quit working at 9:00 last night and stitched these two blocks in no time (they were already cut):
Love me some aqua and red! Hope you are all staying warm and cozy. I had to buy gas yesterday and, although I was bundled up, the wind was just bitter cold. I thank my God for a heated home. I've been counting my blessings lately because my financial condition is so crappy. I think making a gratitude list is one of the best ways to stave off depression. Then, yesterday I was the recipient of an amazing act of kindness. This person asked me not to talk about it but I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You know who you are and I'm pretty sure you read this blog every day. Acts of kindness can make all the difference in someone else's life. Hope you all have a great Wednesday! XO and cheery wave from Bev
