I know you are all sick to death of seeing my Oklahoma Beauty blocks in one block at a time blog posts. Well, part of the reason for that is so I have something original to me to show you and part of it is to get your feedback. Only one more to go after this one!
A huge challenge, when I get #30 finished, is to figure out how to set the blocks and what kind of border to do. I do have other things to work on but I've actually stuck to my guns to finish this quilt. One of the next projects in my ufo boxes is the Farmers Wife table topper in aqua, gray, red and white. It has 25 blocks that you'll be seeing (sorry) one block at a time and that I'll be using Karen's super easy methods to finish. Using her modern methods, it should go pretty fast. You can see her classes HERE. Yes, that's my quilt she's showing! And I only have a few blocks to go on the Lady Liberty wall hanging. But that one needs a border so I'll have to do the border blocks too. There are tons more ufo's in those red canvas boxes. So no new projects this year! I have books that make my fingers itch to start but I'm going to be strong! Hope your Friday is wonderful with lots of happy surprises! XO and cheery wave from Bev

I continue to enjoy the blocks for this quilt and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing them all together.

Another gorgeous block. I will miss seeing them, but will look forward to your next set of blocks.
Another beautiful block. Can't wait to see those all together.
Stay warm!

Hi i love seeing all your blocks
Love seeing your blocks
I love the colors on this block. I even have a couple of those fabrics. Can't wait to see it finished. It's going to be beautiful.
I love seeing your new Oklahoma Beauty Blocks and will be sorry when we've see the last one. I know this may sound simple, but can you put them together the way you posted them in the collage? I thought that was absolutely beautiful.
I can assure you we are all loving seeing your blocks and I will be disappointed when they are all complete but no doubt you will wow us with your next project
Très joli post !
Bonne année!
Cath.
Lovely, gorgeous! I wouldn't use any more patterned fabrics..I would set 5 across, 6 down...the aqua you're showing works..or the same value of the green that's in so many...a cool color, not necessary to be wider. I think I see a warm tone on tone for the border,...swirls, scrolls....something that goes with the colors you've got..watermelon? I think it needs to be a little on the strong side to contain this. Can't wait to see it!
