First, let me thank everyone who has sent us encouraging words about Charlie and about our financial situation. Charlie is doing well and even playing some with his RabbitBoy stuffed toy! I've been super busy at the shop selling the fabrics and patterns for half off. I'm so happy to make the money and I'm so sad to see the fabric shop go....sigh.... I did get one more Oklahoma Beauty block done - #24!
And I spent $1.00 this week on a lottery ticket. Did any of you guys buy one? It's probably stupid but, if you don't buy a ticket, you for sure don't win anything! Well, I didn't win anything but it was fun to dream about what I would do with that much money! You were all welcome to visit me at the beach! Right now:
Hope you're have a great Thursday! Love you all! Thanks again for all your support! XOXO and Cheery Wave from Bev
You have some of the pretties fabric in these blocks! I haven't heard, has anyone one the big jackpot lottery, or did it go up to a sinful payout?
ReplyDeleteAnother gorgeous block :) Glad to read Charlie is feeling a little more chipper.
ReplyDeleteThose blocks are all so different and so pretty!
ReplyDeleteGlad Charlie is doing well.

ReplyDeletegood to read Charlie is doing well and your fabric sale is also well under way. Another great block. Seem to think I heard it was a massive jackpot shared by 2 people the largest one yet. No I do not buy lottery tickets, ours have gone up to £2 a ticket
ReplyDeleteWe bought and didn't win, either! Love the good Charlie report and love the "I work hard..." block.
ReplyDeleteEvery new block you post becomes my new favorite, but I really love the red one! This will be a spectacular quilt! I sincerely hope you will find joy this Christmas, and believe me, your family is not unique.Merry Christmas, Bev.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you :)
