Hello! It's Saturday and I've finally been able to do some sewing! We've had some snow and ice and lots of people get to take time off because the roads are so dangerous and everything is closed. I work at home so still have to work. Here's the next Oklahoma Beauty block:
So I'm sitting here, writing my blog post and we just had an earthquake! This time I swear I heard a "bang" before all the shaking started. It only lasted maybe 10 - 20 seconds but there is nothing that feels like that! It's just so strange to have earthquakes in Oklahoma--the flat plains. Wow, very disconcerting!
So have a happy Saturday! Stay safe if you have ice and snow---and earthquakes! I'm going to start another block now. XO and cheery wave from Bev
Bev, I felt it too. At about 12:11. I called my hubby in the garage, but he didn't feel anything. Now I know it was real. We live just south of Wichita.
ReplyDeleteBev - That must have been scary!! I've heard several people say they really felt it around OC. Stay safe.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful block.
