TWEET TWEET BAG I MADE IN AN AFTERNOON!

Okay, I made another bag from the Bella Bag pattern from Anka's Treasures! They are so easy and fast to make (about 2 hours not counting the quilting). If I wasn't so busy, I'd be making another one right now. I made this bag from Tweet Tweet fabric which we sell in the shop and used the big grommets again. This was so much fun to make I just had to show you. I just keep looking around thinking "I could make a bag from this fabric or that fabric...."

  1. I love the bags you sew! Cute! I am a self taught quilter/sew-er. Well, that isn't entirely true. Way back in 8th grade home ec (that tells you how old I am!), a teacher who shall remain nameless (because I can't remember her name) must have taught me to sew. I know this, because I have a red velour teddy bear that I made that year. The only thing I truly remember her saying was "Keep it down to a dull roar, girls!"

Anyway, I have 'bag sewing envy'.

    Thanks for the inspiration!

  3. I really like that bag...and the fabrics you used to make it! I'm going to have to go find that pattern!
