Here's 44th Street Fabric's next giveaway! The prize for our next giveaway is Freebird fabric, the fabulous fabric line from the designer, MoMo for Moda! We decided that this giveaway will have 2 PRIZES! That's right! There will be 2 lucky winners!
Here are the rules for our Giveaway: It’s kind of like “Find Waldo” but you will be looking for a photo of our owner, Jason, in one of the listings for Freebird fabric listed in our Etsy shop. We call our contest “Find Jaso”!
FIRST: Go to our Etsy store (just click on the link). SECOND: look for the Freebird fabrics. There are quite a few listings that feature Freebird fabric by MoMo in the Etsy shop. Jaso’s picture could be hiding in any of them! AND I have to add that there is one fabric from Freebird that is a print that just goes on and on! It's the coolest print ever! I've made a purse and a skirt and pillowcases from it! I stuck a pic of the purse in just to show you how great this fabric is! THIRD: Leave a comment on this blog entry and tell me the fabric listing in which you found Jason’s picture. Easy-peasy and you will be entered to win! Comments will not be shown on the blog until after the contest is over but you will be entered. Winner will be announced on Monday, June 7th! MY TWEET TWEET WEEKEND PROJECT IS ALREADY FINISHED!

Making this little purse from Tweet Tweet fabric to hold coins and credit cards or gift cards was my weekend project. Well, it's 9 AM on Saturday morning and it's already done. Guess I'll have to use the rest of the weekend to finish other weekend projects that didn't get finished...or should I start a new one.... At any rate, I think it's cute and love the little bird! Tweet Tweet is the fabric in our current giveaway that ends on May 23rd--be sure to enter!

This year they include fabrics from the 12 Days of Christmas line by Kate Spain, the Park Avenue line by 3 Sisters and the Adoring line by Sandy Gervais! These little gift boxes are hard to come by and made in very limited quantities. They make awesome gifts for any of your favorite quilters, for a quilting teacher or for you! TRIMS AND EMBELLISHMENTS! YUMMY!

44th Street Fabric is going to start carrying trims and embellishments. I just love them! Watch for French General ribbon (there's even one that says "Je t'Aime") and much more! We have some original ceramic buttons from Gina M Studio on the site now but will also be putting some antique and some novelty buttons on for sale starting today! Fun!

WORDLESS WEDNESDAY (with an explanation)

Okay-I'll probably never be able to be wordless. The dotty dishes are made by Gina (the pictures are grabbed by me as a bystander watching her "fluff" her booth before the show). They wouldn't allow pics of the finished booths so I had to be stealthy while she was unpacking.
